On the site you can view products organised by product category, item code, colour and size. Various filter criteria are available for selecting one or more products, depending on your preferences. Each product is accompanied by details of its description and characteristics, possible colour ranges and sizes, as well as presentation images. To support you in choosing the right sizes, a limitation guide is included for you to consult before placing your order.

To place an order, set the selection criteria, choose the product and press the "Add to cart" button. Repeat this for each product you wish to order. After any product addition to the cart, the window that opens shows the configuration of your order at that moment: list of products, dimensions of each product, total order value. The prices displayed on the website include VAT (19%). The cost of transport is calculated according to the delivery area.

    By pressing the button " Checkout " you confirm that you agree with the payment of the ordered products.

    In the event that we identify a pricing error on any product(s) ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will give you all the necessary details and offer you either to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it, without assuming any obligation to sell a product at an incorrect price.

    You can order products on our website without having to create an account. If you choose to create an account, there is no need to enter your personal data every time you order, they remain in our database. The information you provide when placing an order must be real, current and accurate.

    Your order is accepted if the provisions contained in the section "Terms and Conditions" are respected. Otherwise, your order cannot be taken. For example, we cannot take an order for which the data provided are not accurate and make it impossible to deliver the products properly.

    The contract of sale shall be deemed to have been concluded when we expressly accept the order. Express acceptance of the order is notified by automatic transmission of an e-mail to the address you have provided. This notification gives an overview of the order you have placed, containing information on: order number, product description and quantity, price per product, total order value, useful delivery details.

    Your order may be refused by prior notice, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other, if: (i) your card issuing bank does not accept the transaction, in the case of online payment, (ii) the data provided by you is incomplete or incorrect, (iii) the products ordered by you are no longer available in stock, (iv) for any other reason not attributable to you.

    Any expenses incurred by you in connection with the conclusion of the Contract of Sale by means of remote communication (e.g. internet connection) are expenses borne by the Buyer.

Without prejudice to your right to withdraw from the Contract, you may only cancel the order placed before you receive notification of our acceptance of the order. Once your order has been placed and accepted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
