You benefit from guarantee certificates in accordance with current legislation and manufacturers' commercial policies for all products sold and delivered by Glass-Design.

The standard warranty for a product is 24 months from the date of purchase.
The standard guarantee for legal entities is 12 months from the date of purchase.

All products benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force and commercial policies of the manufacturers for all products sold and delivered by Glass-Design.

The technical (or commercial) warranty certificate can be found either in the Account or in the delivery parcel or box of the Product. If the warranty certificate is missing, please report it as soon as possible after receipt of the Product to the following e-mail address [email protected]

The customer is obliged to take note of and comply with the instructions or conditions of use contained in the warranty certificate, otherwise there is a risk of losing the Product warranty.
